Digital Items Return Policy:
Due to the nature of digital goods, Lou & Marks cannot issue a refund once the files have been accessed and downloaded. Situations that meet a certain criteria such as duplicate orders will be granted a refund. Nothing contained herein shall be interpreted or construed as approving a refund or an obligation to refund an order by Lou & Marks Presets.
We offer full refunds on items that have not been downloaded or accessed. To be eligible for a return, your item must not be downloaded.

Physical Goods Return Policy
Return Window: Lifetime Guarantee Return Window
Physical product returns are accepted with a lifetime guarantee from your order delivery date provided by your order tracking number.
To be eligible for a return or exchange in store, your item must be returned new, unused and in its original packaging and condition that you received it.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by Lou & Marks Presets, may not be accepted. Items returned with missing parts, inserts, or packaging will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Arranging A Return/Refund
To arrange a return please email email@example.com with your full name, order number, product information, the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. We will reply with return processing details within one business day so you can use it to ship your product back to us.
Return Shipping Details
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer support team prior to shipping. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning the item. We will provide you with detailed instructions including the return address for our return process as contained within this policy. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.
