The presets are so easy to get onto Lightroom. I thought it was going to be a pain in the butt because I had never used it before but LouMarks made it so easy through the step by step directions they send with the downloads. While it was a downloadable product, I did contact the shop owner and they got back to me super fast, in a friendly manner! The experience made me feel comfortable with coming back and purchasing other products from them :) I haven't explored these as much as I want to yet but so far I love them!
